Day 4

I think I blacked out last night. I also may have eatten things that I dont remember. Like pizza, and maybe four chicken wings. Who's great idea was it to order pizza anyway? I'm on a friggin diet! Ugh!

Today I ate:
1 piece of thin crust bacon and mushroom pizza
1 piece of sausage and pepperoni pizza
cup of chicken rice mixture
2 tortillas

Day 3

Ugh. I'm soooo hungry. It's only eleven though so I'll try to hold off till noon.

Today I ate:
1 1/2 cup of chicken fajita rice mixture
2 soft taco tortillas
skinny cow ice cream sandwich
one cheese stick
one cinnamon stick
1 piece of pizza (mushroom and bacon)
1/3 of mom's piece of pizza
another cheesestick(two hours later)
skinny cow

1 cup of hot tea

Overall, I'm disappointed today. I bought a new shirt and it was really tight around my tummy. I want to be able to wear it for my birthday in three weeks. Time to step it up!

Day 2

today I ate:

Half a kickin chicken sandwhich from Zaxby's
7 carrot sticks w/ranch
handful of fries
2 chicken fajitas no cheese
2 glasses of champagne
1 can of sprite
4 more glasses of champagne
1 glass of white wine


Woah, I think I did pretty good on the food, but I'm pretty sure champagne is full of calories.
So . . . Bad Rachael! :)

salad (tomato, 1/4 cucumber, 1/4 c. cheese 1 tbls ranch dressing 1/5 c. salsa)
